I'm a tech enthusiast, writer, and problem solver based in Pittsburgh, PA. My greatest skill and joy in life is making connections with others, be they emotional, professional, or otherwise! I also have a work background ranging from cellular sales to customer-facing tech support, and I have collegiate experience with basic- to mid-level computer science and programming. These two aspects combine to make me an excellent technical educator, troubleshooter, writer, rhetorician, and more!
